Join us for a rejuvenating and informative workshop focused on the health and wellness of your Lymphatic System. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn about the vital role of the lymphatic system in maintaining overall health and well-being. You will also learn how to create your own Lymphatic Mover Cream and Lymphatic Support Bath Soak, two powerful DIY skincare products designed to support and enhance Lymphatic function. 

Each participant will receive a dry body brush and learn the effective techniques of dry body brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote detoxification. You'll also gain valuable insights into gentle exercises, nutritional advice, and daily practices to support your Lymphatic health.

Whether you're new to the concept of Lymphatic care or looking to deepen your knowledge, this workshop offers a comprehensive and enjoyable experience to help you love and support your lymphatics.

Other Information: 

No refunds are given unless the class is cancelled or the minimum amount of attendees are reached, students will be given an option to refund or join the class on another occasion. If you can't attend, you can exchange your ticket with someone else. In the unfortunate event that we do not reach a minimum class limit of 4 people, we will contact you to organise reimbursement.
