Uva Ursi has primarily been used to address urinary tract infections (UTIs), with its compounds thought to alleviate inflammation and combat bacteria in the urinary tract.
 
Pregnant and breastfeeding individuals, as well as those with kidney or liver issues, should avoid Uva Ursi.
