Shave/Wax and exfoliate skin at least 16-24 hours prior to using this tanning mousse. Apply a thin layer of moisturiser to dry spots at least 10 minutes before use. Put on application mitt, and apply self-tan mousse to every area of the body in a circular motion, making sure there are no streaks. Sit back and relax, making sure to leave tan on for at least 6-8 hours, before rinsing under water. Gently pat skin dry and apply moisturiser!
